No problem!

The main thing that changed was my diet.  I started eating smaller portions and healthier foods.  I used to eat for the wrong reasons for example when I was bored.  Acknowledging little things like that made all the difference in how much and when I ate.  I also read a book, “Eat Right for Your Type” , that tells you the right diet for your blood type.  Just from changing a couple things in my diet I lost 11 pounds and had a lot more energy.   For exercise I mainly do cardio: elliptical, treadmill and spinning.  Favorite snacks would have to be these blue diamond natural almond thins, they are gluten free and soooo yummy.  I also love snacking on blueberries.

Hope that helped:)

Hey everyone!
I’ll eat so healthy, exercise and feel great, then I mess it all up because I go “crazy for food”.  I eat one unhealthy thing then I cant stop.  I know it is usually when I am bored or super stressed so my goal is to work on controlling my emotions or trying to handle them in a more beneficial way.  Any ideas?  I’d love to hear if any of you have any difficulty with this and what you do to deal with it to stay on the right track?
