The main thing that changed was my diet. I started eating smaller portions and healthier foods. I used to eat for the wrong reasons for example when I was bored. Acknowledging little things like that made all the difference in how much and when I ate. I also read a book, “Eat Right for Your Type” , that tells you the right diet for your blood type. Just from changing a couple things in my diet I lost 11 pounds and had a lot more energy. For exercise I mainly do cardio: elliptical, treadmill and spinning. Favorite snacks would have to be these blue diamond natural almond thins, they are gluten free and soooo yummy. I also love snacking on blueberries.
